What we collect
We store account, farm, livestock, task and uploaded-file information that you provide to operate the service. We also process essential technical logs used for security and reliability.
How data is used
Data is used to provide Handy Herd, protect accounts, diagnose failures and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Service providers and retention
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage; Vercel hosts the application. Data is retained while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal obligations and recoverable backups.
Offline storage
When you create supported field records without a reliable connection, Handy Herd temporarily stores those pending records on your device and removes them after successful synchronization. Clearing site data before synchronization removes pending work.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information by contacting privacy@handyherd.com. Essential session storage cannot be disabled while signed in.
